Privacy policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains what data the website of creative home 10l10 (“10l10”, “we”) receives, how we use it and what rights you have. We collect as little as possible: the site has no advertising trackers, third-party counters or analytics cookies.
Who processes the data
The data controller is creative home 10l10. For any question about your data, write to leads@10L10.ru.
This policy covers the 10l10 website in Russian and English. Links to project and other company websites lead to resources with their own rules, which we are not responsible for.
What data we receive
Enquiries and emails.
- The “get in touch” form sends what you enter to our server: your name, a contact for our reply and a description of the task, plus the language and address of the page you sent it from. The server immediately forwards the enquiry to the 10l10 team chat in Telegram and does not store it.
- To protect against spam, the server counts enquiries from one IP address over 10 minutes. The address itself is not stored: the count uses a one-way keyed hash that changes every day.
- If an enquiry does not go through, the form offers to send the same text by email. From an email we receive what you choose to include.
Visit statistics. To understand which pages are useful, the site sends anonymised information about each view to our own server: the page address without parameters, the domain you came from, campaign tags (utm), browser language, screen size, active time on the page, and the device type, browser and operating system in generalised form.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and do not keep a persistent visitor ID.
- We do not store your IP address or full User-Agent string. To count daily unique visitors, the server derives a one-way keyed hash from them; it changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address.
- We do not use third-party counters, advertising pixels or social widgets; fonts and images are served from our own server.
- We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Why we use the data
- To answer enquiries and to discuss and run projects. The basis is your request and the preparation or performance of a contract.
- To improve the site using aggregated visit statistics. The basis is our legitimate interest, and you can opt out at any time.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Storage in your browser
- If you turn off statistics, your browser remembers only that choice (the “10l10.analytics.disabled” entry in localStorage).
- You can delete this entry by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
- Detailed visit records are deleted after about 90 days. They may remain in server backups until those backups expire.
- Enquiries in the Telegram team chat and email correspondence are kept as long as your request or project needs them, or as long as the law requires.
- Spam-protection counters stay only in server memory, for no longer than 10 minutes.
How to turn off statistics
Statistics are not collected if your browser sends the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. You can also turn them off with the button below; the choice is kept in this browser.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent and object to processing. Write to leads@10L10.ru and we will reply within 10 working days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can complain to Roskomnadzor or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
